**Service Booking Terms and Conditions**

**Changes and Cancellations of Appointments:**

Please be advised that any changes or cancellations to your service appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. For cancellations, a nominal fee of 10% will be charged to cover credit card processing costs.

**Taxes and Additional Charges:**

The prices listed for our services do not include taxes and additional fees, and any additional gratuities you would like to leave your therapist or esthetician, which will be applied at checkout.

**Gratuity:**

Please note that gratuity is not included in the online booking total. You are welcome to provide gratuity based on your discretion and satisfaction with our services.

**Communication for Appointments:**

By scheduling a service on our website, you consent to receiving communications from us regarding your appointment and services at our spa. If your appointment time is not available your appointment request will be automatically moved to the closest available appointment time. Our online booking system is not synced to our live availability. By booking online you agree that any refunds for cancelations will incur a 10% processing fee charge.  To avoid this charge you can simply call to reschedule you appointment at 203-488-5902  at least 48 hours in advance. **Rescheduling Policy:**

You may reschedule your appointment without any extra charge if done at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time call 203-488-5902 to change your appointment.

**Booking with Gift Cards:**

Currently, we ask that all appointments using gift cards be scheduled via telephone. Please contact us at (203-488-5902) to arrange your service using a gift card.
